About Us

Thank you for stopping by THE PUG ZONE. We are a married couple that are lucky enough to own a Chinese pug. Pug owners are a unique and very special group of people. We still don't know if that is because the people are special to begin with or if the breed makes them that way....or both. No matter what the answer may be, both have a special place in the great scheme of things. When a pug comes into a person's life, the meaning of the word "LOVE" is redefined.

The idea for our business venture was caused primarily by frustration. Being a pug owner also means that you are most likely a collector of a pug paraphernalia. It started with a T-shirt and progressed through to key rings and statues. After fifteen years of constant collecting I could still place everything on one shelf of a bookcase. Enough was enough. We had seen a variety of canine memorabilia for other dogs, but not for our beloved Ty-Pan. That was what it took for THE PUG ZONE to become a reality. We are offering a variety of quality products for sale that we had made exclusively for us. Our home is now becoming full of beautiful, quality products for any discriminating collector. If we don't have a particular item on our web site currently then it probably will be in the future. No idea is too small or large and we will greatly appreciate any suggestions that come our way. So if you want it and can't find it, please e-mail us your comments and we will try to locate it or find someone to make it for the pug lover's everywhere.
